Our home o is a brand new property completed early 2025 and is a favorite amongst interior-lovers. On the ground floor, oversized sliding glass doors blur the line between inside and out. A cool, fully enclosed living area with A/C and fan opens seamlessly onto the private pool deck.

Lay back, relax and sunk in the sun. The ground floor is the perfect space to hangout together after a surf and a long day at the beach. Our garden and landscape cascades in and around the pool to give the outdoor living concept an extra natural tropical feel. The Pool Deck and garden get plenty of sun throughout the day.

Just a 3-4 minutes motorbike ride away from some of our favorite spots like Analog Cafe, Tacos Aqui, Rolling Fork, Atmos Steam Cluab and Studio Foundue Pilates.

Upstairs, the Master Suite is a tranquil sanctuary. A super king-sized bed, textured linens, and ambient lighting are matched by a spa-like ensuite with a rainfall shower, soaking tub, and dual vanity. Step out onto your private balcony to breathe in the morning air.

The second bedroom offers a plush king bed, work-friendly desk, an ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access - ideal for couples, friends, or remote workers.

Our favorite time of the day are sunrise and sunset when the soft golden light comes across the villa.

We do not allow parties and respect our community's quiet times from 10pm-8am.
